Depending on the circumstances, customers can choose from the following refund methods:

- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of the item, which can be used for future purchases.
- Partial Refund: In certain situations, such as where the returned item is not in its original condition or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the refund is approved.
- Upon approval, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on your choice and the situation.
- Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
- Store credit will be applied to your Nexgen account immediately after approval.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request under the following circumstances:
- The item is returned after the 14-day refund window has expired.
- The item is damaged, used, or missing essential components (unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt, as outlined in our [Return & Exchanges Policy]).
In most cases, we will cover the return shipping fees by providing a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
